Arnold Chamber is sponsoring the annual Halloween Carnival set for Friday, October 26, 2018.
Fun kicks off at 9 a.m. at the Arnold Community Center with a free kids carnival, with costume judging for kids of all ages through high school at 10 a.m. A trick-or-treat parade through Arnold's downtown businesses follows at approximately 10:30 a.m.
Awards include:
- Best Costume for top three winners in each age group (under 2, 2-3 years, 4-5 years, 6 years, 7 years, 8 years, 9-10 years, 11-high school)
- Best Decorated Pumpkin
- Best Themed Family or Group
- Best Dressed Adult for top three winners
