It’s spring break in Arnold this weekend, and the entire community is set to kick back and enjoy the area’s best chili at the 28th Annual Chili Cook-Off this Saturday, March 12, at the Arnold Community Center.
As of last Friday, ten teams had officially entered. And if you are a last-minute planner—good news—there’s still time for more teams to enter. Download an entry form here.
Public tasting of the chili and serving of potato and chicken noodle soup is from 5-7 p.m. The Arnold fourth grade class will be selling pies again as their annual fundraiser. At 7 p.m., emcee Deb Brosius will present the awards for first, second, and third place Best Chili, Mr. and Ms. Congeniality, and Best Decorated Booth.
