Arnold is going to be buzzing with activity the last weekend of October! There will be cute and scary ghosts and goblins roaming the streets and a craft show bringing shoppers to town.The annual (and very popular) Kids Costume Contest and Carnival will be held Friday, October 28, beginning at 9 a.m. Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners in each age group, and there's even a prize for the best themed family or group ensuring lots of fun for all ages.
